HighMatch, formerly known as Berke, is a pre-employment assessment tool intended to assess job candidates' personalities and problem-solving capabilities. Its primary aim is to assist businesses with identifying the most suitable candidates for their available roles. The software permits users to generate custom assessments by answering questions about the job's key tasks, frequent activities, and challenging aspects.

HighMatch compares candidate traits against customized benchmarks defined by each organization to evaluate job fit. After this comparison, it generates target ranges that prioritize specific characteristics before producing an easily comprehensible score for overall fitness as well as providing an interview guide tailored specifically towards each applicant's results.
