Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I am the Corporate Recruiting Manager for a healthcare company, and we employ many college students and recent graduates in a number of positions. This product is one of many tools we use in finding candidates for open positions. I manage the usage of the site myself.
Pros
- They are a great way to target new college grads in a variety of roles.
- They have a huge reach when it comes to colleges both nationwide and across the world.
Cons
- The site is a little misleading when you sign up, as I didn't realize I can only post one free job per day.
- The resume database is not easy to filter down.
Most Important Features
- It is an added tool to target a specific audience to fill our recruiting needs.
- We have a lot of locations, and many are in college towns, so this tool is very helpful in that regard.
Return on Investment
- It has had a positive impact. For the cost, one hire more than pays for this service for months and months.
- Very minimal cost on our end to reach thousands of potential employees.
