Highly intuitive clouds' resource and cost management tool with easy-to-use features and good analytics helping us to forecast and budget well not to exceed our resource and cost limits. Great tool for effective multi-Cloud management and quality reporting capabilities and a reliable solution that provides an easy way to track various Clouds usages.

The best software that enables us on effective management of multiple project resources through the Cloud services. Azure Cost Management features have the best capabilities in which they provide excellent and unique Cloud cost management, easy data migration and the data management through Azure Cloud services is profitable. Azure Cost Management plays a vital role in our organization. As we develop applications for clients. We estimate the resource cost and plan what services to use according to the cost estimate. It helps to keep track of deployed resources cost and we can set an alert if the cost goes above a certain threshold.

Azure Cost Management is a very great tool for every company if you [have] a certain budget and the company uses Azure Technologies and tools. cause it works great and does the job pretty [well]. but there are several cheap options available if your company [won't] have that budget you can go for those options too.

It is used across the whole organization and it helps us keep our budget in check avoiding unexpected costs.

Pros

  • It sends notifications when the budget reached an specific amount.
  • It allows the company to have visibility of the costs.
  • It keeps our costs in check.

Cons

  • If the user could set up how often it reports or checks the budget.
  • Add more conditions would be nice.
  • Add more report views.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's not in-real-time and it is run every couple of hours, 12-18 or 24. It is a very cool product that provides insights of what the company is currently spending in services, in a resource group, or a subscription. The notification feature is very welcome because it allows us to mitigate unexpected costs.
