Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ACM to manage our card access. We setup schedules to unlock doors, lock doors, schedule events, etc. ACM allows us to setup access for specific staff members to access specific buildings at specific times. ACM is also compatible with our burlar alarm system so that we can tie door alarms and our card access badges to arm and disarm buildings.

Pros

  • Integrate with burg systems
  • Granular for time access
  • Flexible with many types of badges

Cons

  • How you set up integration with burg systems
  • SSO
  • Making door double taps easier to set up

Most Important Features

  • integration with burg systems
  • restricting access to buildings
  • intergration with Google for users

Return on Investment

  • card access can help to limit physical keys
  • Less staff to unlock doors for events, because now they are scheduled by one person
