AVATURE CRM will streamline your hiring process

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Like ATS, Avature CRM is used by the recruitment and selection departments in the organization. However, in turn, it helps us through the careers pages, to publish a vacancy, and with all the automation systems, to find the best candidates with the best skills for our processes. Instead of wasting time looking through social networks and the internet in general for candidates that fit the profile of our vacancies.

Pros

  • Practicality for organizing candidate analysis selections
  • Unlike ATS, Avature CRM is fluid and practical. With this practicality and fluidity, no previous experience is necessary to use the system

Cons

  • Customer support needs to be improved, especially in terms of after-sales
  • I think the layers of plans and resources available should be worked on more. The difference in features of the versions with median values between those with higher values is exorbitant
  • The attachment limit could be higher to share a larger amount of CVs

Likelihood to Recommend

With the exception of the plans and pricing system, avature is a great tool for recruiting departments, so I would definitely recommend it to my co-workers. If they need to streamline their hiring processes, I would definitely recommend Avature CRM.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Avature [CRM] is a powerful and user-friendly HR CRM [that] can be an essential tool for organizations of any size. Organizations that are tired of scouring the web (i.e., LinkedIn & Indeed) should turn to the streamlined analytical tools available through Avature [CRM] when making their next hire.

Pros

  • Simplicity - HR specialists and recruiters using the software will be able to use data and analytics to track the progress of their prospective candidates.
  • Versatility - Avature's customer service team will work with you to build a customized workflow.
  • Flexibility - The ability to update and change the system ensures that this platform will continue to serve organizations today as well as tomorrow. As the last 24 months have shown, organizations must adapt to the changing workforce.

Cons

  • Tiered pricing system - Not all features are available within the basic packages.
  • Depth - Avature [CRM]'s platform takes a while to learn, and users will need to train in order to become comfortable with all of the functionality.
  • Sporadic Customer Service - The Avature team is great in terms of setting up their system, but after that point, they can be flighty.

Likelihood to Recommend

Avature CRM allows for an efficient and (once set up) quick and easy talent acquisition solution for HR departments. This platform specializes in recruitment and also provides powerful tracking and reporting solutions. If your organization has the time, staff, and resources to implement this system, you will not be disappointed. Because the system can be both expensive and labor-intensive to implement, it may not be best for smaller organizations.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Avature CRM as a database for sourced candidates, events, etc. and then having them apply to specific roles as needed. Great tool to house all of our sourced candidates.

Pros

  • Easy to use. Tagging of candidates' skills works great too.
  • Easy to search, add data on a candidate, not cumbersome at all.
  • Use of Portals is great for events.

Cons

  • Some of the better parts of the CRM system must be purchased.
  • Reporting could be easier/better, kind of cumbersome to run a report.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for housing sourced candidates, pooling candidates together until you decide to do something with them.
