This program is used by many 3rd party program providers and it allows them to share or gain control of our device (with limited control and our ability to disconnect at any time). It has helped us be remote and yet receive necessary service.

The program is well suited for businesses or individuals who require remote access to other computers or devices. This is especially true of IT support or program administrators who may have to troubleshoot or tutor users. Screen sharing is beneficial and seeing actions helpful for regular program use and problem solving.

Best tool used during Covid Work from home phase. We were able to move people to WFH setup easily and incorporate the remote sessions. Our IT desk were able to achieve 0 errors during the time due to timely connects with the employees. We have still been able to use the tool for remote connects and training sessions. However, post office resuming, the use has been pretty minimal.

It is suited for startups and big organisation equally. Startups can use this to have more secure connects while larger teams can use this to keep a secured focus on all the devices and connects happening in office. Majorly can be used by IT departments. Makes lives so easy for Managers.
