Nowadays, digital transformation is everywhere. Using cloud services is very common. Many organizations use SaaS like Office 365 or G-Suite. Storing data on cloud, sharing the data to outside are very often. With normal users, forget old data or forget shared data after projects, topic disscussion and so on,... are unavoidable. Using Avanan helps to discover and detect which data is sharing and which in them is sensitive need to be stop sharing. If don't have a solution like Avanan, it will be very difficult to control data leakage. For scenarios where it is less appropriate, I think AI needs to be trained better to minimize false positive.

This tool protects our mailboxes from phishing email attacks. My most favourite feature is hyperlink check which checks the hyperlinks in the emails to confirm legality of those website links.

The default security provided by the email tool was not enough and moreover there was no restriction in sharing these emails internally. With the introduction of Avanan drilling down into important summary statistics became that much more easy with its slide down menus.
