Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Ashby is an all in one tool that is an ATS, CRM, scheduling, and analytics platform. We can move away from multiple platforms with the move to Ashby so it can be a one stop shop for our recruiting needs. Hiring teams can access their feedback forms and coordinator can use their automations to schedule. It is the main tool for recruiting.

Likelihood to Recommend

The reporting in Ashby is top notch. You can create reports which then connect to dashboards. You can present data in a way that is understandable and easy to digest to members across the team and control who can access and make edits to them. Very useful especially when presenting to leaders.

The support team is also very prompt with their responses and will take the time to send video recordings on how to take a specific action.
