Mission Control- Project Management Software is used as our client relationship management. We use it as our all-in-one tool when dealing with our customer. In this platform, we can see our member's account status and other important details to help them troubleshoot any issues they are experiencing. We also able to reach out to our members through Mission Control - assist them with any issue they have with their account.

Mission Control- Project Management is well suited as a customer relations management. I can only say this because I am using it on a daily basis. We collect info from our customers vital for creating a plan to help all our members/customers. I can't think of any scenario where it would be less appropriate.
