Use Cases and Deployment Scope

AnyDesk plays a crucial role during office meetings and remote work.
It allows seamless screen sharing and connectivity between systems, which has significantly enhanced collaboration and clarity, especially while working on remote networks. During work-from-home scenarios, it's extremely helpful we can easily access another user's PC to troubleshoot software issues or quickly demonstrate solutions to any errors.

  • Cross platform connectivity:
  • AnyDesk can be used on PC or mobile to connect for any issue that is really amazing
  • Fast and reliable:
  • It gives smooth and fast connectivity, multiple gesture and pointing sharing system allows user to really understand and navigate while screen sharing.
  • Quick and easy Data transfer:
  • While discussion itself we can share updated files or required info with just drag file, no more complicated file sharing requires neither need to wait for info to share its quick and easy
  • Real time Access:
  • If any IT person or Software personal want to fix issue by taking control of system, its easy and smooth.

Cons

  • Notification or Addition:
  • AnyDesk provides codes to connect room, which is complicated sometimes, if it is manageable same as a call then it can be much user friendly though current system is unique in its way for AnyDesk.
  • Use of AI more:
  • If AnyDesk can provide Summary, previous call data and recording data storage with summarized way that can be useful.
  • Multi user experience:
  • While discussion itself if we want to add another user for help this quick feature is not easy currently.

Likelihood to Recommend

For IT troubleshoot, one on one connectivity interface AnyDesk provides the best user experience.
Still Some time works slow or shows the legging issue and the interface of access gets confusing if both the connected and remote pc have access, typing from the remote pc also shows less speed and that makes the work confusing specially interpreting the password or anything.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am working as a BIM Engineer.AnyDesk is often used for remote desktop access to our system. It is the best software to use remotely when we want to access our files. It works smoothly with minimum lag.

Pros

  • AnyDesk will share my screen during the meeting,demos and training session.
  • Helps to access the computer remotely for sharing and transferring files to clients.
  • We can Access our computer using AnyDesk mobile app.
  • Server and device management.

Cons

  • Better session stability on mobile network.
  • Add an auto connect feature or better handling of weak connection for mobile users.
  • Provide a dedicated file manager and better handling for large files.
  • The current chat reset after the session ends,so add a chart window.

Likelihood to Recommend

As an engineer, my real-world experience with AnyDesk is that it is well-suited, with a quick setup and no installation required for the client. It has a Fast connection with an average net speed.
