Antavo is not helping me solve a specific problem in my organization, but it is helping us achieve our set goals. One specific scenario where Antavo proved to be well-suited was the activation of a challenge where customers earned bonus loyalty points if they used a specific gift card for a purchase on the website. This feature was implemented smoothly and effectively boosted customer engagement. On the other hand, a scenario where Antavo fell short was during an export of the entire customer database (2.5 million users), aggregated by levels (4 levels) with details of points that had expired over the course of the year. The extraction process for these data, even after months, was never completed.
