Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Amplitude as the channel to take profit from the amount of data that is collected from the customer usage of products, displaying data in form of charts in order to identify the number of active customers, what product modules are used more or have more issues, bottlenecks in the network, etc.

Pros

Easy way to create charts
Simple way to configure the Database based on the own data
Provides the correct data to enhance/correct products and services

Cons

Visualizations could be better
Although updates and changes are good, it is sometimes difficult to adapt to the changes

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited when having very large databases that simpler services cannot handle (or that makes it much more complex to handle) as setting everything up requires some investment, but once everything is ready generating new visualizations and taking profit from the data is super easy and fast making it possible to take quick benefit from data.
