I use Amilia for everything regarding enrollment and registration. I am a daily user. It is connected to our website so families can register online easily. On the admin side, we can edit and build classes. On the teacher side, we can easily take attendance and access our students' contact information on the app.
Pros
- Being able to import programs so you don't have to start from scratch
- Dividing class builds into different categories: registration periods, forms, session, drop-ins, etc. Makes editing easy!
- Super user friendly. Taking attendance on the app is quick and easy!
Cons
- I don't like how you have to reload everything when changing from the registration tab to the edit tab. For example, if you are looking at a class under the registration tab and need to make an edit, you can't just switch to that class under the edit tab. You have to hit edit and it reloads ALL the programs again.
- We have multipasses built under memberships. The multipass function shows up as "drop-in" on our website which is really not what it is. It is used as a 6-class pack, not a drop-in. This causes a lot of confusion with our parents.
Likelihood to Recommend
Building classes is easy and straightforward.
Clicking on accounts and seeing age, address, account details all organized and clearly laid out is great!
