We use it as a CRM for our customer interactions. We call through the software, and calls are automatically captured along with the call records as tasks are completed. We can log tasks based on customer interactions. We use call coaching from the recorded calls to enable our team to improve further. With this tool, we can manage our customers efficiently.

We use the Sales Content Management system to manage and organise our internal research on what classes have worked well with student surveys, etc. We us it to communicate with sellers with relevant and impactful content so that information is accessible in the moments we need it, communicate with buyers and students with video messages, etc. Our teachers use it for peer development and to give feedback and to deliver content for students.
Pros
Communication with students
Communication with peer mentoring of teachers
Accessing and communicating with potential customers
Cons
Complicated video editing
Some trouble with uploading high volumes
some login errors
Likelihood to Recommend
Seems to be useful for team communication, allows personalized documents to be edited dynamically or by hand using in-app slide sorting and editing in PowerPoint, and cut through the noise using video messages for prospects with in-video interactivity but allot of these are things that we do already and don't need to be improved, this is the app we have been told to use rather than one that solves specific problems
We needed to implement internal product and HR training, including product updates. Allego makes it easy to curate and manage courses. Allego also gives admins, such as myself, and managers the ability to track course completion and fill gaps that exist. We are on the cusp of implementing CI for our sales team and looking forward to it!
Pros
Create collections and paths
Manage course completion
Analyze data and reports
Cons
Could be a little more customizable

In my role as product trainer, Allego solves the problem of "assigning" courses to select team members but still have training available to the whole organization. Within this scope, Allego also makes it easy to send reminders and set due dates. The ability to version certain items without disrupting the learning process makes staying up-to-date seamless.
We use Allego's Sales Enablement Platform to coach the sales team, create Digital Sales Rooms, and develop our product based on prospect insights. All our AE's, our marketing, and some from the product team use the solution actively. Sales efficiency, close rate, and ramp-up time are some of the key metrics that we use in order to measure the impact of the solution.
Pros
Content management
Call coaching features
Mobile App
Customer Success team
Cons
Video rendering time
User interface for some parts of the service
Internal Playbooks requiring license for viewers
Likelihood to Recommend
If you have 5 or more AE's that need coaching and/or you want to create better buying experiences for b2b buyers, Allego is your solution.
Using Allego has greatly increased our revenue by providing a library of on demand sales ideas and content for both internal and external users. It has allowed use to stay better connected with our cusatomer base.

ability to organize content
ability to create an on demand library of content
Cons
would be nice to be able to edit videos

If you are sales based and your team is not all located in the same place, this is a great tool to help keep teams connected. We can push content out through Allego and the users can use the platform to comment and communicate with each other.
We use Allego to enable our Sales & Presales teams including onboarding new hires, solution updates, sales initiatives, etc. We also use Allego as a video and coaching tool to help our reps improve their messaging to customers and prospects.
Pros
Video and Coaching
Enablement on Demand
Onboarding
Cons
Allego has recently added a lot of new functionality that has really improved end user experience and administrator ease of use.
Likelihood to Recommend
We use Allego to onboard all of Sales and Presales teams. This allows our new hires to get immediate training on our solutions and our tools. We also use Allego to practice and apply what they have learned via the video component of Allego. This provides our Enablement Team and Sales Leaders with a good understanding of where the seller is and what additional coaching/training the new hire may need.
We use Allego for our onboarding and ongoing coaching and certifications of our sales and account management teams. We initially contracted with Allego for the coaching platform. As we learned about its capabilities and saw the impact the coaching platform was having for our organization, we added the learning platform to reduce speed to market for our new sales team members and our current sales team with new products and services we offer.
Pros
coaching
engaging onboarding elements
Hot Seat approach to "testing"
Cons
We have yet to discover something about the system we don't like.
If hard-pressed to find a flaw, it would be that whomever authors content, the content is tied to that individual; however, Allego has the capability to "reassign" content to a different author when needed.

As we roll out new products or services, the learning and coaching platforms are key. They allow us to teach the team the content and then coach them as they video record their delivery of the content to a "client." This allows us to see how much they've absorbed and helps us to redirect them when needed.
We currently use Allego for our LMS, content storage and call intelligence. The business problems the product addresses is the ability to onboard employees efficiently and in a uniformed fashion no matter their role or product they're selling. It also helps us address the need to control the version and type of content our employees are trained on and can provide externally to customers. We also have the ability to track learning by pushing out certifications, additional training courses, and have the capability to view completion, accuracy of answers, and overall engagement with the content and learning materials provided.
Pros
Content Storage
Learning Management
Call Intelligence
Cons
Badges for Certification Courses
Ability to group content in different ways
Ability to select multiple items in a course and push out to new users at one time.
Likelihood to Recommend
Anyone looking for an LMS that also has call intelligence functionality- it's a great fit! Also a great fit for companies just looking for an LMS as a standalone. Love some of the additional integrations that are able to be offered like Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, and SharePoint.
I don't think there's a company that this wouldn't be an appropriate tool for if they're evaluating vendors in the LMS, content, and CI space.
Allego Sales Enablement Platform helps us identify areas for improvement and share our best work with other team members. Identifying challenging objections helps to prepare the team for other similar questions, and gives the team a library of assets to learn from each other and build our expertise in our verticals. 1-1 and peer-to-peer coaching sessions have given me more insight into where to prioritise our focus for learning, and give detailed feedback to team members to improve their conversions.
Pros
Highlight reels to quickly highlight similar prospect challenges and objections
Search through calls to quickly find similar scenarios
Tagged calls to create a best practice library
A customer success manager who truly understands the challenges and opportunities for myself and my colleagues
Cons
As with most transcription services handling UK accents, the accuracy of the call transcripts could be improved

Well-suited for: Coaching, Managing Performance and Researching/Evidencing customer behaviours to inform ICPs
I utilize Allego to quickly deliver service training content as it is created to the our service department across the country. We have created courses for onboarding and video library. This is a great system to deliver training content and preserve for multiple users. The ability to share content across the different users or departments is a plus as well. This system has really allowed our team to deliver content quickly and to get feedback from the end user.
Pros
Easy to use system overall.
The Allego team support when and as you need them.
Everything is drag and drop.
How easy it is to share content with multiple groups.
Updating content is easy to swap out and share.
Cons
Not sure as Allego is much easier to use then our previous system.
Likelihood to Recommend
It allows you to make changes as a creator instead of waiting on others to make changes for you. Ultimately, you have the control to make your training efforts what you want them to be.
