Pros
- It saves a lot of time which was wasted earlier in non-productive things
- Proper scheduling and management can be done
- Can create surveys with ease and have pre-built email templates available
Cons
- Adding calendar is cumbersome. Integration between Outlook and Tact.ai is required
- Time required to log in is very high. It wastes so much time every time.
- Schedule view is limited to 2 weeks ahead only

If you have an organization that requires salespeople to go into the field and your organization is mid-sized, then I recommend Tact.ai for your salespeople. It is not possible to carry laptops when they are out in the field but it is possible to carry an iPad or phone. This makes their tasks easy and reduces considerable time wasted on administrative activities and increases productivity at the same time.
