I schedule all my clients' social media messages on it.
Pros
Schedules across platforms.
Enables you to send to queue.
Report.
Cons
No ability to draft content.
Ability to reschedule things if already queued (it won't let you move them) very annoying.

I really enjoy using it on the whole. I do however feel it can be a bit glitchy which is very frustrating. I don't trust it 100% which is disappointing.
Agorapulse has been an excellent platform for us to manage our social media content. From drafting content to assigning to colleagues for review to publishing to various social media channels, Agorapulse has helped us streamline operations and significantly increase efficiency while also serving as a way to easily access prior content.
Pros
Drafting and publishing content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Review / assignment process between colleagues.
Easy-to-use software platform.
Cons
Ability to rearrange photos.
Instagram grid preview functionality.
Increasing max size of uploaded pictures.

Agorapulse is excellent for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. While we post to those channels for clients, Instagram remains the top priority, and we find Agorapulse's platform to be subpar compared to others that offer a visualizer for previewing/managing upcoming Instagram posts. Once Agorapulse offers this functionality, it will be hard to beat.
We use Agorapulse to review community comments & moderate questions about the Clickfunnels company & products. We moderate to filter for spam, negative comments & customer support concerns. We try to gauge the community member's experience levels and we direct them to other programs and educational opportunities we believe would help them along their entrepreneurial path. We engage, motivate and build relationships within the community to fulfill our company mission to help entrepreneurs and small business owners — grow their companies through sales funnels. We believe that helping businesses grow helps the world move forward, even if just a little bit, and Agorapulse helps us to accomplish that mission.
Pros
Filters for negative hate speech and spam keeps our comments feed moving forward positively
Saves us time in having to scan hundreds of ads manually so we don't miss questions from our community
Helping us to filter different types of traffic, paid and organic
Let's us moderate a large network of different Social Media channels into one central app
Cons
Dynamic FB ads inclusion would be helpful
A list of all the Ads that are being served by the system, so we could make sure we aren't missing any

Sometimes I need to be able to see an entire conversation instead of 1 person's comment, and Agorapulse helps with that by adding a button to go to the Social Media source to see it. Creating filters has really helped with preventing negative conversations from getting out of control. Being able to see one commenters entire history has helped to make decisions about content and responses.
We are a social media marketing agency and as such we create organic content for many different clients. Agorapulse enables us to create, organise and manage content and engagement all in one place for all of our clients. The community management tool is fantastic for keeping all of our engagement in one place and calendar sharing means we can send content to each other and clients for approval.
Pros
Calendar sharing - great for internal and external approval
Community management - it means we can keep on top of engagement for all of our clients in one place
Report - it's really useful for us to be able to create such in depth reports that we can use internally but also share with clients so they can see the results of what we are doing
Cons
Although rare, occasionally posts won't post without reason, which makes it hard for us to learn and avoid these mistakes in the future
It would be great to see more Instagram integration, but I am aware that's due to issues with Instagram not Agorapulse
It would be great to see other platforms integrated fully such as Google My Business

If you manage multiple social media accounts, Agorapulse is a must. Even if they are different platforms for one business, the cross-platform duplication and calendar means everything can be created and organised in one place. The community management feature is fantastic for those who need to keep on top of things.

We are a marketing agency that uses Agorapulse for social media management and to run reports. Our Account Managers use it to schedule content, run reports, and interact with followers. Our clients use it to see what content they have scheduled out.
We use Agorapulse internally within our department, as well as externally with our clients to provide approvals, edits, and feedback for social media content. Currently, we have 5 full-time team members using the platform, and over 15 management companies utilizing the platform for their properties. Agorapulse is our primary driver to schedule content, download reports, respond to message, and social listening
Pros
Agorapulse has fantastic customer service
The UI is very intuitive and all team members are able to quickly adapt to the platform and new features
New features are being testing and added all the time
I really enjoy the reporting, both the visuals and the metrics provided
Cons
I would like to see the pricing restructured for an Enterprise account, maybe a more customized approach since we don't need all the features available in enterprise.
My team has experienced random lagging on the platform making it slow for them to do their work
We need to figure out better social profile organization since we have over 160 profiles!
We would also love to see Google My Business integration

Agorapulse is certainly well suited for those looking to easily perform social media management as it relates to the ease of uploading content, scheduling content, and publishing content. These basic, but necessary functions are great if you have up to 10 different accounts to manage. Where Agorapulse is not well-suited lies within the management of anything more than 25 accounts. The platform is affordable, but the features quickly become less intuitive for a large number of social profiles due which can be seen during lag or slow periods while working. And as we all know, every second lost is the potential loss of a thought, idea, and the patience to continue on as intended.
I used it for approval processes for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I would connect with a client and allow them to approve work.
Pros
Scheduling
Analytics
Reschedule or repurpose content
Cons
Support with IG story push notifications
Ability to post IGTV
Support Pinterest
Show analytics for #s on Facebook
Support eCommerce product tagging

For clients who need approval processes and don't trust you to make the right decision - people who hire contractors for social media. Anyone who wants a queue of content. Even though that doesn't seem very engaging - it serves the purpose of visibility, like 4 posts per day on Twitter. If you want to see nice analytics.
