Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is a great way to keep track of sales and other CRM work. It is a great CRM and sales record tool. Very cost-effective and easy to use.

The training is good but would like more application based rather than general.
Would like training to be more tools based rather than general training.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using AgencyBloc to keep track of our employee benefits policies in our insurance agency. It is helping us to keep track of pending items, policy information for health insurance business.

Pros

It is very easy to use system. Tabs are clearly defined.
With the Outlook Plug-in we are able to store emails for a particular activity. This is a very important feature.

Cons

Outlook Plug-in. currently it is a two step process. Ideally, drag and move emails to each activity or client would be a real time saver.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is web based so you can access the system from anywhere. It is easy to customize.
