Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ADP GlobalView to extract multiple payroll reports for our clients. We also work payroll processing for global entities, operating in different countries. We used to find department wise detail of expenses for the organization having dynamic structure. ADP GlobalView helped us to code variable hours for the employees having different payrate. We used to do commission processing as well through ADP.

ADP GlobalView Payroll is well suited if we want to process payroll for multiple employees at once. It helps in calculation of hourly compensation for employees having different payrate. It also helps in auto run of payroll at regular intervals. There is still a scope of improvement for contractor payment in different currencies.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used in the whole organization globally. It does a good job as a centralized HCM Payroll system. It is great for payroll processing, talent management, [and] T&A attendance tracking. Users can also enter, update and view their selected pay rate, benefits, tax selection, and a portal to 401-K elections. It can be available via the cloud and integrated with such security apps as Okta. Users can leverage it via multiple platforms as it is 100% cloud-based.
It allows employees to access their personal records around the clock and without being logged into the company network.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using ADP for the payment of salaries to all associates across all functions. The portal provides details on tax structures - different aspects of the salary and taxes applicable, forms for tax filings - annual forms available for the associate for the entire tenure, historic pay slips and tax planner that helps in structuring salary buckets.

ADP GlobalView Payroll is used by employees to access their payslips and other compensation and benefits-related information. It serves as a unified platform for all employee-related information like compensation and benefits, time tracking and leave details, and payroll management. It makes it convenient to manage payroll processing for multi-national companies making sure that all regulations are being followed and no manual intervention is required.

Simple and intuitive user interface
Employees are able to access all historical and current payroll related information at a single place
Investment Declaration and Flexible benefits can be managed from the same platform

Cons

With so much employee information at hand, it should have more predictive and prescriptive capabilties
iOS mobile app seems to be very slow and UI feels archaic
Customer support needs to be improved

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ADP GlobalView, together with other ADP payroll solution, is used by our company as a tool for employees all over the country to view payslips. Within the tool, an employee can view many details about his/her compensation and benefits even historical ones. The UI is great it even has an analytics type of view on your salary over time.

Credentials are integrated to Active Directory

Have not experienced any problems so far

Likelihood to Recommend

The tool is suitable for large organizations that handle a huge number of employees. The company no longer needs to print thousands of payslips since employees can just login to ADP GlobalView and check payroll details.
