Workfront enables us to manage all our projects effectively while providing a comprehensive overview of team resources. The Resource Planner helps the team identify their capacity to determine whether they are over- or under-allocated. This information is crucial for project planning and ensuring team members do not experience burnout.

Adobe Workfront is the strategic Project Management tool for Marketing at [...]. I work as a process owner with system admin access to help teams build and maintain their workflows in the tool. I help them to migrate from other tools the company uses to create a single source of truth in the tool as well.
Pros
Connecting with external tools using Fusion automation
Managing issues to projects process
Intake (Request) forms
Project management
Being a single source of capabilities for big teams to manage their work
Cons
The form builder is very limited. We need more options to format the fields, colors and font format to make the usability more user friendly.
The interface is not user friendly, people find really hard to understand how to use the tool.
The reports graphics and options are hard to be used by a user that is not deeply trained on how to build them, making it hard to give autonomy for the stakeholders on the tool.
Likelihood to Recommend
Adobe Workfront is really great for big teams with complex processes. It is a robust tool that offers everything that this kind of team needs to do the complete work.
Adobe Workfront is not to good if you have a simple process, it is not too intuitive and to onboard a team, you need a lot of training to make them able to work on the tool, which makes other tools like Monday.com for example, much more attractive.
At our organization, we use Adobe Workfront primarily as a project management tool within our brand and marketing teams. Adobe Workfront allows us to effectively track progress on projects that cross multiple teams and require the support of a diverse group of stakeholders. As a result, it is used in a wide range of projects hanging from adding new sections to sites to implementing new marketing pixels.
Pros
Easy to create projects and add tasks to them
Easy to tag and loop in different people
Is fairly easy to keep track of progress being made on specific projects and their sub tasks
Cons
It can sometimes be a bit difficult to keep track of multiple projects
Hard to include people who do not have a Adobe Workfront account
I wish there were better notifications around when tasks are removed or you are unassigned from a task
Likelihood to Recommend
Like I said earlier, Adobe Workfront is useful for tracking projects and progress being made on these projects across multiple teams. It excels at pulling in people from different teams and tracking progress within large, singular projects. However, I find it is less well suited to tracking multiple or smaller projects and there are likely more effective tools for projects that only require one team or less cross team collaboration.
Configure workflows and make it users friends and quick to make decisions. Previously users used to get the email approvals and no track on where each status and after seeing this product it might help us to configure the work flows and assign the tasks and leverage AI to get the summary for the higher level.
Pros
work flow
different views
Cons
having an API to integrate with SAP and people soft
Likelihood to Recommend
better to configure this in the enterprise level to track the work and assign the tasks and configure the workflows. to see how different dashboards,
