Harmony is an expensive program and most of the computers here have a license for Adobe Creative Suite so Flash/Animate are fine programs in a pinch but ideally we want something with nicer drawing...

Good result in not too much time Single client license is not expensive for a small company If you are a freelancer, it is a good choice if you need its functionality.
