Easy to use and integrate with other acrobat suite. Can sign documents digitally and place it where it is to be. Able to sign remotely so that office works won't get delayed. The app help to sign documents and send to relevant parties with minimal effort. Simple interface and is easy to change the font of the pdf without converting into other formats like doc or docx. In scenarios where we are away from office, it help us for the smooth working of the office by signing where the procedure cannot move on without our signature.
In situation such us strict authenticity is very much mandatory and were some risks are involved, it is better to take the hard copy and sign it physically and make it a record so the the risk element is much reduced. So better to use this to internal documents rather than much important documents.
On a daily basis, this device is relied upon to facilitate the swift and accurate signing of legal papers. As a result of COVID-19, the business environment and the way we do things have shifted. Sending documents back and forth to be signed in ink is a time-consuming and expensive practice that has seen better days. And then there's the whole question of getting those documents notarized. Adobe Acrobat Sign allows us to skip through unnecessary formalities.
Pros
With Adobe Acrobat Sign, you can monitor who has seen your documents and when.
When one signer completes their part of a document, Adobe Acrobat Sign notifies the next signer that their part is complete and sends the document to them.
In addition to sending confirmation emails, Adobe Acrobat Sign also sends out emails with updates on the status of your transaction.
Cons
The autofill function frequently makes mistakes, necessitating manual deletion and replacement with the right information.
Once you add boxes to a document, you can't go back and change who was included in the distribution.
You won't be able to drop the file in until you first choose the appropriate checkbox at the very bottom.

Adobe Acrobat Sign is useful for electronic signatures on papers that don't need physical ones. The same holds true for digitally notarized papers. Businesses who often carry out Purchase Orders, Contracts, and the like will find this quite helpful. If your document requires a physical notary's signature or seal, you cannot use Acrobat Adobe Sign.
My organization provides workflow solutions to our users. We integrate with Adobe Sign as one of our connector actions so that our users who use Adobe Sign can also benefit from the integration. Our users can create Adobe Sign agreements, send them to target user for signatures, and store the signed documents, via our workflow solution.
Cons
Portal UX could be better designed.
Have a way for users to see the agreement ID in "Manage" page.
Better debugging/troubleshooting support for API.
More information display for errors when using API, retain for longer period of time in "API Request Log" page.
Pros
Works well with different document format.
A good set of functionalities provided by the API and good documentation.
Fairly speedy email responses after agreement is requested for signature and signed.

I think Adobe Sign is a fairly versatile solution to request and retrieve signatures, and manage status of the agreements. However, I do think the portal's UX/UI design is very outdated and old fashion. It's really hard to navigate, information is not well structured and presented. This is suitable for people who have been using this for a long time where they have adapted to it. For new users, it requires some efforts and learning to be efficient with the portal.
I mainly use it for my freelance projects when I need a customer to sign a contract. It is great as it is part of my Adobe CC package that I also use as a freelancer. It helps me get signatures quickly due to its ease of use; I send online, so clients do not need to print out anything to sign, they can immediately sign online.
Cons
Maybe an option to import contacts. That way I don't have to type or copy an email address all the time
The design itself can be a bit slicker. It looks a bit cheap
When I want to reload the document, everything I've done in it; placements of fields and signature areas, is lost and I have to start over completely from the beginning (including adding recipient email). This is not a very good UX
Pros
It is fairly easy to use, it is pretty self-explanatory
There are a lot of available options and fields to add to a letter, print name, address, company name etc
It stores all the signed contracts
It notifies you when a contract is viewed and/ or signed

It is great for freelancers needing to send contracts to clients and have them sign online, extremely convenient. On top of all, it is part of the Adobe Suite so as a web designer or developer it is included in the software package you more than likely already use.
