What is Adaface?

Adaface is an online assessment platform from the company of the same name in SIngapore, featuring tests for pre-employment screening and technical skills assessment.

Perfect screening tool. 5 stars!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used Adaface psychometric tests, Software testing tests as first level screening.

Painpoints were

1) We needed something quicker and reliable as first hiring step

2) Proctoring features (especially chat gpt protection, video proctoring were a must)

3) Easily shareable test reports since our hiring managers wont be using the platform. So it has to integrate properly with our ATS

Adaface solved all of these and how. I suggest you try it once (they have a free trial, we used it to preview few tests. our hiring managers liked their sample questions. I haven't checked that part but from their words "its the best they have seen"). Since they were happy with the quality we went ahead.

We were able to screen 300 candidates within a week! No issues whatsoever. All candidates were happy with the platform as well.

If you have any doubts, I suggest you chat with their suppor team. They were super helpful ([...] is our contact there).

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For skills test

Pros

  • Addressing challenges in the recruitment process
  • Technical assessments on coding and other technical languages with ease
  • Streamlining the process of assessing candidates' skills

Cons

  • Sometimes questions are not elaborated or don't have sufficient material to grasp them properly, due to which candidates cannot understand them properly.
  • There should be the option of providing hints as sometimes, we as recruiters, may require such features to judge a person on a few other factors as well.

Return on Investment

  • Has simplified our hiring process significantly, making for less expenditure during onboarding and interviewing
