WE MONITOR REMOTE EMPLOYEE USE. WEBSITE VISITS, TIME SPENT WORKING, OPEN PROGRAMS, AND PAGES THAT ARE BEING USED. WE FIND THAT EMPLOYEES KNOWING THIS IS VISIBLE HAS LED TO AN INCREASE IN PRODUCTIVITY.

WE HAD AN EMPLOYEE WHO TRANSITIONED TO WORK FROM AND SUDDENLY, OVERNIGHT, THEIR ONLINE AVAILABILITY VANISHED. ONCE INSTALLED- AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS AWARE- THE WORK PERFORMANCE WAS BACK WHERE IT WAS EXPECTED. WE HAVE HAD NO NEGATIVE OR LESS APPROPRIATE EVENTS.

ActivTrak is being used across our whole organization. Every employee that receives a company issued device has ActivTrak installed. We use ActivTrak to track the productivity of our users and watch for any security issues or conserns that may arise.

When over the limit maybe email the admin. Do not shutdown the dashboard until resolved.

ActivTrak has been a great tool for us as a company to see who is abusing their hours at work with unproductive surfing of the web or playing video games. We have been able to address these issues with documented proof to address the abusers.

Many of us work remote so we use it to confirm the employees are working during business hours and the amount of hours they are reporting for their paycheck. We have two employees whose accounts are not tracking accurately in ActivTrak.
We have reached out many times and finally the case was escalated to [...} however he has not reached back out with any updates and continues to say the app is tracking accurately. Clearly it is not when I can pull the report and the data it reports to do not even match each other nor the receipts the employee has on their computer to show they were working while ActivTrak is not showing them working. The owner has requested a refund for the past 2 months since the app has not worked accurately and I have not heard back from the finance team after 10 days of the request. Very disappointed in the response times and lack of support given when things are not going as the app was sold
