Our organization is fully remote. Having ActivTrak allows us to hold each other accountable with our work flow. Not only can we monitor each other, we use this application to see what programs and websites are used on a regular basis. We use it as a general tool to monitor security concerns across our remote workforce. It also can be used as a training needs analysis tool as we can see behaviors across the workforce.
We have some employees who request us to block certain websites to help with their productivity, and this tool is able to do that.
