Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilized AceProjects to track and manage the work loads in our production department. We needed an application that would allow us to build and flush out projects to various levels of detail. We needed something that was user-friendly enough for our production staff to use. While it was not a very robust application it suited our needs.

  • Easy to implement, small adoption curve.

  • Expand on data tracking
  • Improve report generation
  • Break out from just being a time clock manager.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited if you have a specific work force or are working in a production or an assembly line style environment. It is also well suited if you have small teams that have to get out a certain amount of product in set periods of time. AceProjects is great for monitoring how long each individual spent on their specific task and subsequently how long the team took to complete their work.
