Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Being in a large company the law of large numbers implies, and so do the issues about document tampering. We wanted to find a solution that could help us to assure that documents were not being tampered with or edited. This has been costly in legal cases in the past - with accredify this is most likely a problem of the past.

Cons
- A small team, like a large company, sometimes can be difficult to get in touch with. But considering their size they do good.
- Possibility to expand the verification to more document types and files. The potential could be huge and use cases are large in our company.
Return on Investment
- Fraud can be costly to detect, but with accredify it has changed.
- If we can just avoid one case of document tampering and thereby avoid a legal suit or a fraud the costs of Accredify are already a good investment.
- We have a good IS a team, but the implementation of new software and training of personnel afterward is always a costly thing. However, with Accredify we can focus on our own core competencies - that is for some of our colleagues a very nice change.
