Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We partner with the PSA security network (psasecurity.com) to provide learning to our leaders, managers, and individual contributors across our business units in 3 states. Learn 360 is feature-rich, easy to use, and easy to implement. We needed a way to centrally deploy learning to manage titles and set learning goals for everyone. We also needed a way for managers to track how much time employees spent learning new skills and what they were. Learn360 through PSA allows us to meet those goals! Learn360 also provided opportunities for me, as the training and development manager, to stay plugged into new training opportunities through their webinars, newsletters, and partnerships with other online learning providers!

Pros

  • AI based courses can be created from PDF documents.
  • Downloadable reports and dashboards.
  • User management and invitations to new users.
  • Simplified course creation and keyword searches.

Cons

  • Customization and appearance of my own branded learning space.

Return on Investment

  • We have gone from having 0 learners to having 24 actively engaged learners in a year.
  • We have put our customer service folks through customer service training and have been able to retain 2 demanding customers.
  • We have gone from having 1-2 new courses per month to having over 100 titles available on demand for our learners.

360Learning lifted our education to the next level.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use 360Learning to make world wide courses for process software.

As the software is developed in a world wide group and all the users use this same software there was a big need in having a platform where world wide users could login and find the necessary courses on how to use the software we are creating and changing. It makes collaboration with people around the world verry easy and creates a community where people help people.

Pros

  • multi language options
  • visual way of courses
  • Great motivation with the scores and medals you get with achievements

Cons

  • Search system should not only nook in title of courses also in content
  • Easier way of grouping courses, folder system maybe where all subjects are available.
  • Chatbot AI to search your courses in stead of the standard search bar
  • Language settings on login page so users select there language on start up.

Return on Investment

  • one course in stead of every country having a variant of the same course
  • easier to manage changes in courses as they are all located in 1 place
