Wishpond Propel IQ vs. Woobox

It's a great platform if you're looking for something to run contests that provide leads and drive user engagement, but if they also incorporated social media management and scheduling, Wishpond would be a 10 by far. It's definitely worth looking into specifically for running contests throughout the year, for a wide variety of companies and industries.

I use Woobox for a poll/voting competition and I found it very helpful as it gathers the audience data very efficiently and provides the results in a very smart way. Woobox provides very limited features in the free version one cannot judge the capabilities of this excellent platform unless they purchase it.

• Very small learning curve, thanks to wonderful real-time tutorials and help, and drag-and-drop editors.
• Easy to navigate - there are only 3 main sections of the site (content, lists, and emails).
• Excellent customer service. I've always gotten prompt answers to any questions I've had.

• Woobox makes it easy to create a variety of promotions in their platform.
• The technology is intuitive to use and allows for a lot of customization.
• Woobox has a support team that is quick to respond and help.

• They added keywords to campaigns we'd specifically said not to.
• They should tweak campaigns with a 0.06 ROAS.
• They should provide the services that are promised.

• Having an easier way to creative pictures for splash pages
• It gets a little complicated trying to add extra entry questions

I constantly use the product and they are continually evolving and developing new tools. The customer service is also US based and very efficient to address issues or questions.

It is very intuitive and provides all necessary fields to begin promotions even if you have no graphic or programming skills

I have never noticed it down.

It is very fast. The only thing that has taking any sort of time is when it imports photos or videos from platforms such as Instagram or Twitter. But this is more due to refresh rates than the actual program.

There is no support at Wishpond. I contacted my project manager's manager over a week ago without a reply. When I responded to the automated 'How is your experience' email saying how awful it was there was no follow-up. When I had trouble and had to escalate things it resulted in some new procedures being put in place that changed nothing and they never checked in to see if things were fixed.

They have always answered the phone in person and been able to answer question or resolve issues same day. Not open 24 hrs.

Easy to integrate with existing Facebook account.

We choose Wishpond as our first option since we were a startup e-commerce. Klaviyo was a little bit expensive for us and Wishpond really suits pretty well in our budget. Besides, if you don't have so many clients, at a first glance, there are a lot of features that would not be taken advantage of. That is why Wishpond was a better option when we started.

To be honest, I prefer Rafflecopter over Woobox. Good product, but I feel like Rafflecopter has more to offer the user.

• Negative google ROI.
• A few conversions in September on paid social then none - negative ROI.
• Between ad spend and Wishpond fees every month is negative ROI. Can’t wait until I can get out of this contract.
• Emails don’t perform as well as my own for open rates or clicks.

• ROI was great. People remembered our company and products after the contests. This of course has to do with how much money you spent promoting, but I think Woobox made it a simpler process for people to enter a contest.
