Licensing is based on the number of active mailboxes Exclaimer adds email signatures to. Subscriptions are on a monthly or annual basis. Volume and charitable discounts are available. Minimum number of users is 10 per month.
WiseStamp has 3 pricing editions. A free trial of WiseStamp is also available.
It is quick and easy to set up new signatures for departments/groups. However, we are on the cheaper plan, so we only get the ability to create ten templates for email signatures. Therefore, when someone needs to tweak a template, we need to be thoughtful of resources. This is great for our parts and sales teams to be able to send deals to customers as they are talking about other products and services.
Again, WiseStamp solved all of the problems I've had with other email signature creators in the past. The links work, the images display correctly, the design and layout remain intact, and everything I want and need for my signature is great with WiseStamp. I highly recommend WiseStamp to anyone looking for a well-crafted email signature and anyone who counts on their email signature to display as intended.
Professional Email Signatures - the designs a person can create with WiseStamp are definitelt sleek and modern. They have a variety of templates with a fair amount of customisation and a possibility to design your own template for an extra fee.
Centralized Signature Management - WiseStamp provides a platform for organizations to manage email signatures for all employees from a single dashboard. There is customisability on how much the company hires their employees to be a part of email signature editing, which is very useful to keep the whole feel of the organization on brand as tailored as possible.
Social Media Integration - allows the inclusion of clickable social media icons in signatures, encouraging engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook. That is one of the main aspects why we chose WiseStamp as well - since these custom clickable links are very hard to create in any other way.
Dynamic Content - whether it is changing photos or different banners, that can be updated without modifying the signature design. This is super useful Useful for marketing campaigns, special offers, or events.
Exclaimer's campaign rotation feature is not under campaigns and could be more intuitively placed within the platform.
It would be helpful if they had an infographic to guide not IT but everyday users through initial set up and use. They do have great videos, but the impatient people need an infographic.
Exclaimer's language in the platform can be a little clunky. It might be good to have it reviewed by Americans and Brits and try and find a happy medium that is relatively intuitive for both.
We are extremely satisfied with overall performance, ease of use, support, affordability, etc. Anytime we have had any questions, the support or sales teams have been very prompt, courteous, and forthcoming in resolving any issues or getting the right information we are looking for to us. That said, I am confident that we will be renewing our subscription.
In the order that I recall the setup process: Signature templates need to be set up (attribute mapping to AD) Office 365 connector needs to be set up (global admin needed and exclaimer engineer for guidance) Signature policies need to be set up (who gets which signatures) Office membership groups need to be setup (who in the org will use exclaimer) Members need to be added to those groups (user membership) Agents need to be deployed on the end-user hosts (local agent)
My recommendation for anyone starting with WiseStamp for the first time is to go super simple. Spend no more than 15 minutes, if even that long, throwing something together. Use that for a couple of weeks and then if you'd like to add some more tricked-out features, go for it but it really isn't necessary. While WiseStamp can do a lot, great design is in the simplicity. So, think of who is going to see the info and craft it with them in mind as more isn't always better. Remember, it's just the gist of who you are and not your resumé.
I've only had one issue in 7 years where I needed to reach out to Exclaimer for support, but it was handled quickly and resolved my issue. No messing around to provide additional information. Just a quick solution to what I was facing which resolved the issue on the first go around.
Our implementation was relatively easy as we weren't cutting over from anything. We just got the software installed, set up the file share and got active directory set up. We got exsync on a scheduled task and it just worked. We built our templates and policies and it has always been relatively smooth.
365 was one consideration, but the features were quite lacking, and it does not make sense to put all eggs in a single basket, so to speak, when using 365 for other services (such as email). Exclaimer also covers other areas that are not targeted by other platforms. This includes the likes of NPS scoring staff members.
CodeTwo is much more customizable and offers a wider range of integrated scenarios, so I guess it fits larger companies better. However, managing it was way too complex for us (non-IT guys). Our choice was mainly technical because they range in a similar price.
Signatures appear on each email exactly as intended - a banner promoting a specific expo that we are attending and exhibiting at ensure that there is maximum visibility to the optimal audience
Centralized management on a simple to use platform saves time and frustrations (and potential mistakes) - which is a huge plus for the IT team managing the tool
dynamic and up-to-date signatures ensure maximum reliability in the organization's email communication medium
