Bonusly vs. Vantage Circle

Bonusly has provided us a formal space to post recognition. While face to face recognition still occurs, this is a place where staff can post publicly or privately, but a majority choose public. It has been incredibly popular since our implementation. Staff love the ability to earn time off through recognition. That customized redemption is our most popular reward.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

• It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
• It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
• It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.

• There should be more option to redeem points like custom rewards.
• Then, more digital gift cards are popular for that specific country. We have a global workforce and there are different countries involved.

• The reward gift card amounts are hardcoded- like 250, 150, etc. There should be an option to self-enter values.
• More tie-ups with Corporates like Toastmasters International, Corporate Diva, etc for personality development and leadership initiatives.
• Healthify, Cult, Art of Living, etc. can have tie-ups with Vantage Circle for promoting Employee Wellness as well as good habits. Vantage Circle can serve as a channel for promoting these sites as they are much needed by employees these days.
• I think we need more tie-ups with schools & pre-schools.
• Tie-ups with Petrol stations and Investment platforms will also benefit employees.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

Bonusly is easy to use and intuitive for anyone familiar with technology and using websites. There is a page where posts are made, and a page where rewards are redeemed. It is very straightforward.

I never had any issues with support. It's especially nice to be able to add location-specific rewards.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

I haven’t found any other platform that I would consider in a similar product to Bonusly. When we got involved with the platform, it was the only one of it’s type and we’ve been blown away with it since then.

I have not used any other products with redemption. Vantage Circle is the only one I used so far & this could be recommended to my peers & friends due to the wide range of options it offers, flexibility & 100 + options to choose from. Also, this is very user friendly & the helpdesk team is also very prompt in response & resolution if any issue arises.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.

• This spreads a load of recognition from just leadership/managers across the entire organization, potentially eliminating/reducing a recurring existing task your company is currently doing.
