Overall, we like it and appreciate it's functions as a company. We appreciate that it does almost everything that we need and use. As previously stated, some of our executive leadership wants certain reports that ClubReady does not have and we do not have the ability to create custom reports

ClubReady
We use both of these simultaneously. Hubspot talks to ClubReady and updates deals and new prospects for us. Hubspot is not as user friendly which can be more frustrating. With training so many part time employees we love the easy to understand feature ClubReady has since we have people of all age rages using it.
