I have worked in Tangoe minimally and Tellennium's portal is much more user-friendly. You can do a lot more with Tangoe, but you must be trained to do so. MoT is very easy to use and anyone can use it with minimal training. I have also worked in an organization that provided TEM services. Unfortunately, it was all provided through Excel spreadsheets, which are prone to error and extremely outdated.
