They offer demos and tutorials when you initially start the partnership. It's fairly easy to learn/use once you can log in to the MoT Dashboard and navigate around.

I have worked in Tangoe minimally and Tellennium's portal is much more user-friendly. You can do a lot more with Tangoe, but you must be trained to do so. MoT is very easy to use and anyone can use it with minimal training. I have also worked in an organization that provided TEM services. Unfortunately, it was all provided through Excel spreadsheets, which are prone to error and extremely outdated.

• Tellenium MoT handles functions that we just don't have internal resources to handle.
