Alternatives Considered	Lenox Park Solutions No answers on this topic	Total Expert Total Expert was chosen by management and for good reason. I didn't like Follow Up Boss because Total Expert was much more intuitive and also much more integrated with the other programs we use (Encompass, Rebel I Q, Sales Boomerang, etc).
