I think TopOPPS is better suited for the larger sales team with shorter sales cycles. We have very long sales cycles and we have not truly seen it impact how we do business in terms of sales. I also think it's better suited for teams that have a true sales manager monitoring the reps and opps.

  • Provides a quick detailed over view of our pipeline. This will help us identify deals that need attention and to maintain a healthy pipeline
  • being able to view our pipeline is also a motivational tool to help us drive success
  • an aligned forecast helps us to be more confident in our sales numbers as well as providing more accurate information to our management team.

Xactly Forecasting has a smart AI tool, this is what puts them ahead of the competition. With their smooth interaction with other apps and programs, it makes it seamless when using other apps and programs. I find that when it uses its forecasting skill it shows us exactly what we need to see for the future.
