The specific scenarios based on my experience where sales-i is well suited was that it helps to manage sales activity very easily and provides a better funnel for more sales and a clear path for every lead that comes in. As we deal in B2B and B2C so it is very necessary that every customer should be happy.
Tour de Force can be very useful if you have someone on staff to configure and set it up. It needs constant upkeep with changes in what's needed, and constant updates. This would not be good for small businesses that do not have a sales teem. They charge heavily for tech support.
Advantages: 1. We can create reports that show where my sales are up, and down. It allows me to focus on customers that are down in specific categories and pinpoints the exact products. 2. It is extremely easy to log call notes and schedule future calls so we never miss an opportunity to reach out to our customers and get the sale. Disadvantages:1. There is no Free trial for this product. 2. The product cost is very high compared to the competition.3. Integrations & Plugins is not match to it's competitors
