One of the main reasons why our company uses TruCentive is that there is a claiming system in place where the recipients have to claim their gift card in the appropriate amount of time or else the budget set for the gift cards returns to our company. That helps eliminate inefficient use of funds.

TruCentive worked so much better for what we're trying to do. We were having major issues with our previous platform - it took more time to fix complaints than anything. It seemed we were shooting ourselves in the foot by even trying to offer lunch or coffee to our webinar attendees. TruCentive took care of this, and we haven't gotten more than a request for a resend since.
