Cons	Reviewsnap Although the old interface was easy, it still can become convoluted at times if an employee has multiple managers. They need to make it easier to for employees who have a manager and a top level manager that need to also see the review. Reviewsnap's old UI does not allow for employees who have 2 same-level managers. This is an oversight that needs to be addressed. Return on Investment	Reviewsnap Overall, we have enjoyed Reviewsnap as it gave us all the functionality and ease at a very reasonable cost. That will be abruptly disrupted on December 31, 2018.
