RepuGen is well suited for any business looking to up their online reputation presence. It helps get great reviews while filtering out clients who may possibly leave negative reviews

• Video support could be a little more granular.
• The nomenclature used in the dashboard is a little unclear to a new user.
• The password assignment system is a bit over-engineered making it harder to use.

Great customer service. I talked to a few reps getting set up and they were friendly and easy to connect with. After signup I had a few questions and was able to get help quickly.

Different scopes in total, but G.us does a far better job in review management and social proof growth.
