From our experience, most people that fill out our surveys will do so from a mobile device. Survey Sparrow is perfect for a mobile audience and greatly improves response rates with its chat-style survey format. It is a great option for businesses that want a simple and reliable way to get feedback from their customers and website visitors and don't need extensive customization options.   • There are limits as far as features and design options, and it would be nice to have more customization options.
  • The reporting and analyzing of survey data needs improvement. Exported reports do not show answers to custom text answers, and you can only read them online.
