ProWorkflow is well suited for project management when you have multiple people collaborating on different aspects of the same project. Having an online application to contribute to and track hours is very convenient.

  • Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
  • Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
  • I think it should have more automation for the tasks

Alternatives Considered
Ease of use, detailed time tracking and reporting, features were unmatched, customizability, overall it just looks great. The ability to integrate with salesforce was more feasible with ProWorkflow.

  • Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
  • Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
