Likelihood to Recommend	When you are trying to get feedback from users it's great to be able to use PlaybookUX because you don't have to do any of the manual work of conducting research. Pros	Before actual release, it helps in getting trail user's feedback. The dashboard to see how user interact with designs is really helpful. Alternatives Considered	We are previous UserTesting.com customers but found their subscription model to be inflexible for our needs.
