PLANOLY vs. Publer

Planoly is perfect for managing social media accounts for business or public figures. It would work great for personal use as well but maybe wouldn't be as necessary. For business purposes, it changes the game! Having something that is easy to teach colleagues to use is one of the most important features I looked for when choosing a social media management platform

Publer is a great choice for in-house teams managing multiple sister brands because it combines all networks—Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Google Business Profiles, YouTube, and Pinterest—into a single drag-and-drop calendar, removing the hassle of separate dashboards and spreadsheets. The platform’s AI-generated captions, evergreen “recycle” rules, and simple approval process keep our content running smoothly and on brand, while built-in analytics offer enough insight to optimise timing and formats without needing enterprise-level features. We haven’t faced any major restrictions; when an API change caused a hiccup, Publer’s support team fixed it within a day. Agencies that require in-depth white-label reporting or detailed short-form video metrics might need additional tools, but for a small or medium-sized enterprise seeking seamless scheduling, quick optimisation, and responsive support, Publer hits the mark.

• It would be good to see better integration of the Instagram platform, when it comes to using trending audio, getting template inspiration etc, but this may be limited by the available API.
• Hashtag analysis and suggestion is pretty limited, and this is a feature in the higher paid accounts.

The UI for Publer has a great look and feel and it is very easy to use. When I first started using Publer I was very happy that it all seemed intuitive and the adding of social channels and setting up profiles works very smoothly as well. Overall very easy to use.

The support team was instantly responsive and were always happy to answer even the simplest software question. I knew that my clients would be in good hands should I not be available for any scheduling question through the support team. Everything was always impeccably handled in a timely manner! 100% satisfaction.

I have tried an AI tool called Vocable and used Google Sheets to plan my content. PLANOLY is better because of the visual grid feature. However, vocable is better in terms of the variety of content. With Vocable, we can create text content for Instagram, YouTube, and Linkedin, Product pages, SEO meta titles, descriptions, email newsletters, Blog posts etc. However, PLANOLY is only limited to Instagram and Pinterest.

Publer actually uses ChatGPT as a friend, it's not a similar product. You can use ChatGPT inside Publer to increase the quality of the posts and the texts that you can use in the posts, and also the comments in the post, and also other things in the posts. It's great.

I think this is well designed product. I really enjoy that I am able to learn it quick, integrate all the socials very easily
