It needs the ability to save hashtags. Some of the other tools offer this, so I emailed Planable and asked them to consider adding it.

The visual grid feature is my favourite feature of PLANOLY as it allows me to see how my content will look before I post it. I haven`t found this feature with other social media planners

It does what you need, but could have a bit more features for the price. $30 a month just to post things on Facebook or Instagram is a bit steep, given that that's all you can do.

Support Rating
Emailed them a month ago to add hashtags, but they didn't add the functionality yet. Given that the product has stayed exactly the same since, I'm guessing the developers don't want to add this feature so I give the support a rating of 1.

The support team was instantly responsive and were always happy to answer even the simplest software question. I knew that my clients would be in good hands should I not be available for any scheduling question through the support team. Everything was always impeccably handled in a timely manner! 100% satisfaction.

Cheaper, however, Kontentino does have the ability to save hashtags.

Planoly was the most cost effective option for me and my clients and allowed us to use a grid view to see how our content would show up on the feed. Grid view was very important when choosing the software for us. It was also allowed us to schedule stories as well and some other softwares did not.
