Vymo is field sales engagement software, designed to provide a unified window to all the information and services that sales executives, managers, and business heads need on the go, with data-driven playbooks to drive task prioritization and deal acceleration.
Some tools allow you to have call scripts or key talking points readily available on-screen, ensuring you cover essential information and maintain consistency in your messaging. It's not the case with Outplay. So there's a downside. Pre-record a generic voicemail message and drop it with a click if you reach an answering machine, saving significant time and allowing you to move to the next call quickly while still leaving a professional message. That's a good side.
For us in a large sales team, lead management becomes critical part and Vymo helped us in solving two main problems around assigning leads and nudging sales team to action on the leads.
A key advantage is the automated follow-up. Leads don't fall through the cracks because the system ensures timely and persistent (but not annoying) follow-up emails are sent according to your predefined cadence until a prospect replies or is otherwise dispositioned. Our team can build, share, and refine a library of effective email templates, ensuring brand consistency and leveraging best practices across the board.
We mainly selected Vymo because of its ability to provide nudges to action. Previously, it was managed by a leadership meeting that the sales team has missed actioning on some leads, but that used to be too late for business. Vymo not only helped us with basic capabilities around assigning and keeping track of all the actions but also recommended nudges and actions that could help convert the leads.
