nDash vs. Outgrow

nDash is best suited for experienced writers who specialize in a niche. By default, companies using nDash for content should have a solid budget as you're paying for quality content and results

Outgrow is a better choice compared to its competitors if you don't want to end up promoting their product with your quizzes and calculators. I appreciate that they respect my ability to recommend their platform to peers rather than end-users. That said, Outgrow is a powerful suite of creative tools, and it's likely not a good choice for anyone who's planning to make just one quiz or calculator and then move on.

• Account managers are super responsive and easy to work with.
• They manage billing/payment and pay almost immediately once assignments are approved.
• nDash provides an easy way to connect with clients.

• It engages potential customers.
• It's a sort of "pick your own adventure" which appeals to a lot of people.
• Outgrow has a number of different ways you can formulate the quiz, so there are different options to fit various styles you want to present to people.

• The one time I ran into a small issue with the platform -- I don't even recall what it was now -- I emailed the team and mentioned it. I think it was later that afternoon that I got a return email thanking me for the heads up and letting me know the issue was resolved.

• The UI is a bit elaborate, it seems a bit too much when I want something basic
• The results emails were a bit confusing to setup but support was great in getting this fixed
• Only one Admin can use the basic service

It is a no code platform that makes content creation very easy with pre-built templates and strong lead generation tools. However, customisation options are limited , complex logic can be tricky and better content organisation is needed for a large scale use. Overall, it's user friendly but needs improvement in scalability and flexibility.

Support is very responsive and is quick to respond to questions and problems. Outgrow sometimes changes their pricing and plan structures and add/remove options without properly relaying the info to customers. They could do a better job with communications and being upfront with the pricing plans people sign up for.

I've explored and created profiles on several different content agencies/content sites and have found them to be lacking -- so many are a race to the bottom with writers of wildly varying skill and experience levels "competing" against veteran writing professionals. nDash is different; its clients are serious companies that value (and are willing to pay for) high-quality content. Additionally, I've observed that nDash tends to be "pickier" than other platforms when it comes to accepting writers. As a freelancer, I'm driven to "up my game" because I'm not competing against a bunch of writing newbies but a bevy of experienced writing professionals. I appreciate that they keep me on my toes

Limited functionalities, and limited design options. I really only want to implement a solution if it truly fits with the rest of my website and the level of quality of the rest of my products. When looking at the features and usability of Convertcalculator I felt that it did not perform as well as Outgrow. Another reason was the number of resources in their Help Center. I did not start a chat with them, so I can't comment on their customer service. I feel like there is no real competition out there, or I've been searching in the wrong places.
