At the time we were having lots of issues using Kaseya, with failed alerting as well as reporting. SolarWinds (Max Focus) addressed our issues. LogMeIn is one of the worst tools I had to use, I got feed-up with the fact that I always had to provide a username and password to connect to a PC. TeamViewer is not quite the product SW RMM is.
