MedBridge Home Exercise Program vs. WellSky Home Health

I've not used any other Agency Management software besides WellSky Kinnser, but in my discussions with clinicians here at my company, the gist is that Kinnser is more user friendly for the clinical staff by allowing them to start and stop documenting patient charts or by doing things 'out of order' vs. some other software services that force things to be done in a specific sequence to ensure compliance standards. The Administrative side of WellSky Kinnser leaves much to be desired - there are not many built-in tools to identify gaps in business operations.

Because it's truly the leader in the industry at the moment, and I'm very satisfied with their organization

Easy across the board. Multiple disciplines use it from nursing, to therapy. It is usable on the road with a mobile device or in computer. It is user friendly and offers a clean and efficient point of care and documentation center. I would recommend to most disciplines that use it for home health

It's very good. For complex upgrades that I request, they don't obviously get to them immediately, but for all technical issues or training issues they are 100% on target

It takes 60 days to move all patients over depending on when they re-certify. It was a very easy process
