Pre-Send Testing
Comparison of Pre-Send Testing features of Product A and Product B
I raised a ticket. It’s been four days and they won’t reply. So I raised another ticket asking why they are not replying. The issue was quite urgent. Then in a very short time, I saw the ticket was closed. So they have time to close my ticket, but they don’t have time or they don’t want to reply to a ticket. Very interesting.
Their attitude of doing nothing is the worst and the rudest I’ve ever seen in my years of working with several email service companies. And I see that they blame this on the pandemic. But many other good companies, they are not doing this. Your problem is your problem, don’t try to blame someone else.
I use it because it is a "free" program that "comes with" our CRM tool. I don't find this to be a useful tool at all. It is a major pain to use and I don't recommend it to anyone who does "real" email marketing. I've been doing email marketing for 18 years and I have never used a worse program than this one. Seriously - take my advice and use MailChimp. The marketing automation that Zoho claims this feature has, is awful. After using it for almost two years, I dread every time I have to create a new email.
The social campaigns section we have not used much, probably because it only works with Twitter and Facebook, and we are more active on Google+ and LinkedIn.
The templates are nice, but I have seen other services with better pre-built templates.
To segment lists can be a bit hard to configure initially, however exporting lists from our CRM is simple.
The only real incentive to use Mailjet over Mailchimp is the price. They offer a better priced solution. A large email list can be very expensive but with Mailjet it was affordable. Only not worth the customer service lack that comes along with it
Zoho Campaigns is not for beginners to email marketing, but it’s an excellent choice for those who want to send out a lot of emails with few restrictions and great reporting. It’s a no-brainer if you’re already a Zoho user, as Campaigns is included in Zoho One subscriptions and integrates nicely with other Zoho apps.
Changing from active campaign to Mailjet decreased our mail spend by more than 50% in savings.
Been able to send so many emails for different campaigns increases our retention with active users who became engaged users. In our case, it is important to be in constant communication with customers.
Mailjet needs to be complemented with other tools, such as Zapier, in order to create better implementations. It might cost you for additional software but it is still cheaper than solutions that charge you by the number of users.
