Lumen UC&C vs. West Unified Communications Services (discontinued)

While I am happy with the service, it does leave something to be desired. The MPLS circuit connection has been very stable and I am very happy with its uptime. I am also quite happy with the calling plans. I have been able to cut back on costs with the design they have. Support is the reason for the lower score.

It is well suited in our organization for their large department Monday meetings and meetings such as that. Would not really be needed for a conference call with only 10 people or less attending.

We only use intercall and always have, our in house phone system is Cisco.
